Victory College International

Raising Up Leaders. Reaching the Nations.

A Vision Born from Purpose

God is still calling. He is calling men and women from every culture, every generation, and every corner of the earth to carry the Gospel with boldness, wisdom, and unshakable conviction. Victory College International (VCI) exists to answer that call alongside them.

For years, VCI has walked with hundreds of missionaries and national ministers as they launched and grew Bible training schools around the world. We do not simply send materials and move on. We come alongside, equip, consult, teach, and impart, because we believe that the work of raising up the next generation of ministry leaders deserves our very best.

Grounded in the Word. Empowered by the Spirit.

At Victory College International, we are committed to a standard of training that goes beyond information transfer. Our students are not simply gaining knowledge. They are growing in character. They are developing in calling. They are maturing in the Spirit.

Our curriculum spans the full breadth of Biblical and ministerial training:

Biblical Foundations & Old and New Testament Survey

Faith and Healing & the Person and Work of the Holy Spirit

Leadership Development, Pastoral Ministry & Church Planting

Evangelism, Discipleship & Missions

Prayer, Worship & Ministry Helps

VCI offers over 30 unique, Spirit-filled teaching courses such as the examples above. Every course is designed to challenge students spiritually, strengthen them academically, and equip them practically so they can serve with excellence, wherever God calls them.

"We are not simply producing graduates with information. We are cultivating leaders with conviction, compassion, integrity, and a genuine heart for people."

More Than a Classroom

VCI is more than a place to earn credentials. It is a place where believers discover God's purpose for their lives, develop confidence in His calling, and find the courage to step into it.

We want every student who passes through a VCI-affiliated school to leave not only knowing more, but being more: more rooted in the Word, more empowered by the Spirit, more ready to serve. Whether you are called to pastor, plant churches, teach, lead worship, disciple others, serve in ministry helps, or bring Christian leadership to your community or nation, VCI is committed to providing the training, the guidance, and the encouragement you need to answer that call faithfully and effectively.

Schools That Take Root and Last

VCI-affiliated schools are designed to endure and grow. Our goal is never dependency. Our goal is a Bible school that takes root in its own culture, stands on its own foundation, and continues raising up ministers for generations to come.

Through written and video curriculum, proven resource materials, hands-on consultation, and short-term missionary teachers who serve in the classroom, VCI partners with local churches and national leaders to equip them to evangelize and disciple their communities and serve their nations.

Schools that affiliate with VCI do so under clear, principled guidelines developed through our primary ministry, Victory Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, ensuring every school is grounded in Spirit-filled, Word-based ministry values from the start.

Part of a Larger Vision

Victory College International is an essential expression of Victory's global vision: training, equipping, and sending leaders into ministry around the world.
